Public Speaking can Phisically Hurt

PUBLIC SPEAKING?

I used to be totally terrified of it. I used to be in literally phisical pain when I'd stand up in front of a crowd. My stomach felt so painful that I thought it'd blow up... my knees were so weak I thought I'd collapse in any moment... my heart was beating so hard, you could see it through my shirt/jacket... and my voice would start shaking after about a minute or two, and if I didnt' stop I'd break down and cry... And these are only the main symptoms. (At times I literally was a second away from peeing in my pants - no, I'm not kidding - it was that bad)

Today I make part of my living through public speaking (http://www.egsebastian.com/). What happened??? Read my next post and you'll find out :)

I'll share one secret though: no matter how scared you are of public speaking, you can overcome that fear and do it. I discovered my public-speaking "abilities"/pottential by total accident. But by learning a few things about it, you can make it less accidental. "Abbilities"? - everyone has them. It's all about technique and knowledge.
See you inside :)
